Dave Croft

From a young age Dave was involved with motorbikes. Riding initially for recreation and transport taking the usual route to racing. Track days evolving into short circuit events followed by 7yrs of Endurance Racing culminating in his racing in BSB.

Dave started his engineering at Hepworth and Grandage in Bradford developing piston designs for manufacturers before moving into bearings and power transmission eventually owning his own successful business for 30yrs before downsizing to focus on motorcycle suspension.

The passion for racing fueled his desire to improve his technical knowledge. So when the opportunity arose to become a business and technical partner for (now defunct) Mupo Race Suspension in Italy he seized it. Trading as DPC Racing Ltd/Mupo Race Suspension, under his guidance the brand became a force in all sectors of racing winning countless club racing titles and eventually a BSB Supersport class title 2020.

However, at the end of 2021 the group that owned Mupo changed hands. The new controllers having no interest in motorcycle suspension ceased production. The end of an era.

In 2022 Dave took over as paddock support for Bitubo.Srl. Slowly developing his image from that of Mupo to now Bitubo. Forging a new identity as Bitubo Race Support. 2023 saw DPC Racing once again in the BSB paddock but this year with the results from the previous season saw DPC Racing and Bitubo leading the time sheets. Winning and topping the results in all classes of racing. SBK, Supersport, Stk 1000, Junior Stk600.
